Due to Tunisia’s tough semi-arid climate, pesticides and herbicides are largely unnecessary and the olives are handpicked. These oils can be a little fruity (olives are fruits, after all), can be bitter and does have a pungent pepperiness to the oil’s taste.

To extend consumption, specifically for Extra Virgin Olive Oil, products are available in various sizes.

The 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced are of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards as well as HACCP regulated. These standards and regulations guarantees the quality and purity of the olive oil for the health and enjoyment of the consumer.

These 100% Tunisian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade of Extra Virgin Olive Oil derived by cold mechanical extraction without use of solvents or any form of refining methods.

These 100% Tunisian Extra Virgin Olive Oil  contains less than 0.8% free acidity and have some favourable fruitiness flavour in them with no defined sensory defects. These 100% Tunisian Extra Virgin Olive Oil contain a very high level of polyphenols and antioxidants that have been linked with better health.
